Baw̌ Erër Ni̋ēkēä (/bɒ̌/ /ɜ̌ːɜː/ [brown] [lamb; virgin; victim]) is a subtropical Large City located in the Voī̂mêē Region of the Goblin Tribes.
The name Baw̌ Erër Ni̋ēkēä is derived from the Goblin language, as Baw̌ Erër Ni̋ēkēä was founded by Lobordes Amlugleg Sindiel, who was culturaly Goblin.
Climate
Baw̌ Erër Ni̋ēkēä has a yearly average temperature of 13°C (55°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 21°C (69°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 6°C (42°F). Baw̌ Erër Ni̋ēkēä receives an average of 291 cm/y (114 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Baw̌ Erër Ni̋ēkēä covers an area of nearly 115 km2 (46 mi2), and an average elevation of 3234 m (10610 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Baw̌ Erër Ni̋ēkēä was founded durring the late 13th century in spring of the year 1175, by Lobordes Amlugleg Sindiel. The establishment of Baw̌ Erër Ni̋ēkēä was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Lobordes Amlugleg Sindiel electing to pay people to resettle in Baw̌ Erër Ni̋ēkēä.
Baw̌ Erër Ni̋ēkēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Baw̌ Erër Ni̋ēkēä is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Baw̌ Erër Ni̋ēkēä is buildings have been located at convienant points along the valley Baw̌ Erër Ni̋ēkēä was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the spacious gravel streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The city sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. The would-be-castle fortifications have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

Two or more groups of citizens within Baw̌ Erër Ni̋ēkēä hate each other. Their neighbors or the local law have kept things from too-overt violence, but members of the groups will constantly interfere with their rivals and cause whatever misery they can get away with. This hate may spring from recent events, or it may be an inherited spite from old wrongs.
Baw̌ Erër Ni̋ēkēä's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its buildings being predominantly formed through the combination of basic geometric shapes. However, it shown in the detailing given to the structures such as its characteristic tall columns, intricate detail, symmetry, harmony, and balance in their designs to an astonishing degree of precision. Decorative elements for the buildings tended to be built into the structure itself, making great use of fluting, frescoes, inlays, and embossing.
